Your business comes first

At Telepass Store you can do the following if you’re a Viacard customer:

  • change bank account number or the bank linked to your business contract,
  • replace your Viacard in the event of theft or loss,
  • request a device, to travel both in Italy and in France, Spain, and Portugal, that you can link to your Viacard,
  • return your device;
  • activate the Reminders, Area C, Affiliated Car Parks, and Strait of Messina Ferries services,
  • activate Roadside Assistance in Italy or Europe,
  • insure your device in case you can't return it due to theft or loss,
  • get a new Viacard if your old one is damaged or demagnetised,
  • direct Viacard customers (those who haven’t signed a contract through a bank) can return their cards to terminate their contract,
  • replace your device in the event of theft or loss,
  • replace your device with a new one, including the one to travel in France, Spain, and Portugal,
  • buy holders and dual locks,
  • manage toll non-payment and get a certificate for toll booth access that didn't register entry data.
