• Telepass customers with a Viacard;
• Telepass customers with a Viacard through consortia or service companies.
The following cannot use this service:
• customers with a rechargeable Telepass;
• Europass customers.
Yes, invoices for trips made using Telepass are available in the contract's Member Area.
For Telepass Business customers, the service is already automatically activated at no additional cost. You can deactivate it at any time from the Member Area, in the Services section. If your contract is managed through consortia or service providers, you must request activation through your partner.
