With Telepass Pay Business, you can rent an electric scooter directly from the Telepass app.
To start your rental:
At the end of your trip, you can end the rental directly from the app by clicking on “End”.
The app always displays a summary of the trip you just completed.
During your rental, you can also use the Pause feature, which allows you to keep the scooter reserved while you take a break. The per-minute rate remains the same as during the rental.
The service rate is set by the partner that manages the rental. For the service managed by BIT, the cost is 0.28 € per minute of use.
The rental can be completed only within the service coverage area where the service is active.
When you park the scooter, remember that it must not obstruct traffic or pedestrian traffic and cannot be left on private property.
You can check the service’s operating area in the Telepass app under Shared Mobility → Operating Area.
This service is available only in cities where the service partner operates. You can check the available locations in the section dedicated to the service.
The Scooter Sharing service is available by signing up for the Telepass Pay Business VAT Number offer. Once the service is activated, you can rent electric scooters directly from the Telepass app.
