With the Telepass and TBusiness apps, every destination is within reach.
With the Telepass device, you can automatically pay for parking at Affiliated Parking Lots. When you enter an affiliated parking lot (such as at airports, train stations, or trade shows), follow the lanes marked with the Telepass logo; the barrier will rise automatically as your vehicle passes through, and the system will record your parking time upon exit.
Payment is processed through your Telepass Business contract. This way, you don’t need to stop at the pay station or pick up a ticket.
To pay for parking, simply use the Telepass device in the lanes designated for this service.
The system automatically records your entry into the parking lot, your exit time, and the parking fee. The cost is then charged to your Telepass Business account.
Payment is available at Telepass Partner Parking Lots, which include various facilities such as:
The complete list of available facilities can be found at dedicated section for affiliated parking lots.
No. The Affiliated Parking Service does not incur any additional costs. You will only pay the parking fee set by the parking lot operator.
The parking fee is shown on the display of the payment terminal upon exiting the parking lot and in the transaction details available in the Member Area of the Telepass Business contract.
The Parking service is available to Telepass Business customers and can be managed in the section of the contract dedicated to services. Once activated, you can use your Telepass device to pay for parking at participating parking lots.
You can deactivate the Parking service at any time from the Member Area, in the section dedicated to services.
Once deactivated, you will no longer be able to pay for parking at participating parking lots using Telepass; at the same time, the Ferry Service will also be deactivated.
If you do not want to use Telepass to pay for parking, you can simply avoid entering the dedicated Telepass lane and use the regular parking lanes instead. In this case, payment will be processed according to the methods specified by the parking lot operator.
If the device is not working when you exit the parking lot, go to the infopoint of the parking lot operator, pay for parking directly to the staff, and ask the attendant to cancel the entry transaction made with Telepass.
Telepass can be used at partner parking facilities located at various venues, including many airports, train stations, and trade shows; service availability depends on the individual partner parking facility.
The cost of parking does not depend on Telepass, but on the rate set by the facility operator. Telepass simply manages the automatic payment of parking fees through the device associated with the contract and does not incur any additional costs.
