How does the Taxi service with Telepass Business work?
With Telepass Pay Business, you can pay for taxi rides directly from the Telepass app. Once you’ve made the payment through the app, the transaction is recorded in your service history and can also be used for travel expense management.
How do I activate the Taxi service with Telepass Business?
The taxi service is available by signing up for the Telepass Pay XBIZ or Telepass Pay Business (VAT Number) offer. Once you’ve activated the offer, you can use the service directly from the Telepass app.

Does the Telepass Taxi service incur any additional charges?
No. Paying for rides via Telepass Pay does not incur any surcharges on top of the taxi fare.

Yes, after paying for the ride through the Telepass app, you can request an invoice directly from the taxi driver. You can also create an expense report directly from the app.
