The Accidents in Mobility policy offers you financial aid to face the economic consequences of an accident, pay the expenses and compensate for earnings loss. The coverage protects you when you are away from home for business or personal reasons.And if you have an accident while using a Telepass service, the protection doubles.

The insurance coverage offered for accidents includes:

  • an hospitalization allowance,
  • a post hospitalization recovery allowance,
  • a cast allowance,
  • the reimbursement of medical expenses,
  • an allowance for temporary disability.

In addition, the Accidents in Mobility policy covers also for COVID-19 infection contracted during work.

The Travel Insurance is an insurance that provides you with travel assistance 24/7, medical expenses coverage and baggage coverage.

You can purchase the Travel Insurance within few minutes directly on the Telepass App for your travels in Italy, Europe and the rest of the World.

The European participating countries are: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Ceuta, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Germany, Greece, Irland, Island, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lituania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Norvey, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Former Yogoslav Republic of Macedonia, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey (European side), Ukraine, Hungary.

To benefit from the roadside assistance services you need to call the Service Center at 800.108.108 (or 02-26.60.91.35) and advise:

  • your personal data;
  • a phone number where you can be reached;
  • the card code that you find on your Telepass App or on the website Customer Secured Area;
  • the vehicle make, model and number plate linked to the Telepass device for which the roadside assistance has been activated (the number plate needs to correspond to one of the two number plates associated with the Telepass contract);
  • the type of service requested.

The Service Center, once the customer has been identified and the service validity verified, will communicate an authorization code (Dossier Number) that you will refer to in order to use the requested service. Keep in mind that without the Dossier Number it's not possible to use the free mechanical assistance.

Access the Telepass App and select the Car Insurance section. If your vehicle (car, motorbike or van, under 35 q) number plate is already linked to your Telepass contract:

  • you will be able to select the number plate that you want to make an estimate for, select the driving style (skilled or free style);
  • check/enter the vehicle's owner date of birth and proceed with the estimate calcualtion.
Besides the Car Insurance, you will be able to add further attached warranties.

The Car Insurance estimate calculation is based on the best possible offer available thanks to the Telepass partnership with the insurance companies.

Once your estimate has been created, it will be sent to the email associated with your Telepass contract and it will be saved on the App under the specific 'estimates archive'.
