What operations can I complete on the Telepass App for the Trains service?
Using the Trains service available on the App you can:
- Purchase Trenitalia train tickets.
- View the tickets purchased in the special transaction archive.
- Independently manage changes/cancellations of purchased tickets.
Please note that the possibility of making ticket changes always depends on the type of ticket purchased. For any questions, please refer to Trenitalia rules and regulations.
How does the Telepass Trains service work?
How does the Telepass Trains service work?
- On the App, select the Trains service;
- search your trip by setting the route, date/time, and number of passengers;
- select the trip option you like best among the ones proposed;
- choose the service type you prefer among standard, premium, business, etc.;
- before proceeding with the purchase, check the trip options you selected;
- click “Confirm” and pay to proceed with purchase.
Once the purchase has been made, your PDF ticket is available in the transactions archive under the “Trains” section.
