The Go by Telepass plan can only be activated by credit card. The Europe Device allows you to travel on motorways and pay for tolls in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and Croatia. Here is all the information on activation costs, invoices and number of license plates to pair to the Europe Device.

GO by Telepass is a plan designed for light vehicles (cars, motorbikes) that lets you pay, with a single device, motorway tolls; affiliated cark parks in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and Croatia; ferries; and congestion charge in Milan (Area C).

You can associate only one number plate at a time to the Europe Telepass. You can modify the plate at any time in the special section of the GO by Telepass App.

You can activate GO by Telepass through the GO by Telepass App or on the Telepass website at the this link.

Yes, you can activate GO by Telepass using any of the main credit card payment networks (Diners, Visa, Mastercard). This plan cannot be activated using prepaid or debit cards.

To activate the plan, the name on the GO by Telepass contract must match the name on the credit card provided.

GO by Telepass has a €15 activation fee (including VAT) and a monthly €4 fee (including VAT) on device use, up to a maximum of €36 per year.

The monthly fee is only applied on device use, once per calendar month regardless of the number of times the device is used in the relevant countries.

You will not be charged the monthly fee for months in which you don’t use Telepass for any of the linked services.

Invoices related to the Go by Telepass contract are issued bimonthly, every 23rd and 8th day of the month. Specifically, the Telepass fee will be debited on the 23rd of the following month, while toll services, parking, ferries, Area C - Milan Congestion Charge will be debited according to this schedule: on the 23rd of the month, for transits occurring between the 1st and the 15th day of the month; on the 8th of the month, for transits occurring from the 16th to the end of the month.

Yes, the GO by Telepass offer includes a bimonthly spending ceiling, broken down according to your vehicle type: €350 on a bimonthly billing cycle for cycles, motorcycles, and cars; €500 on a bimonthly billing cycle for 3-axle vehicles.

GO by Telepass is valid for cycles, motorcycles, and two-axle vehicles with a height of less than 3 meters and a weight of less than 3.5 t, with or without trailer.
