Everything you need to know

Helbiz scooter rental allows you to move freely around the city and park wherever you want within the area covered by the service, all via Telepass Pay or Telepass Pay X App. In this section you will find information about the cities where the Scooter service is available, how to activate it, rental costs and contacts to receive assistance when needed.

You can end your ride only within the service area of coverage. Remember that scooters cannot be parked in areas that may obstruct traffic, pedestrians, and on private properties.

You can check the service area of coverage directly from the Telepass Pay or Telepass Pay X App, or by sending an email to the Helbiz customer service at support@helbiz.com.

The electric scooter rental service is managed by Helbiz. If you have problems using a scooter, you can write an email to the Helbiz customer service at support@helbiz.com.

Our partner companies charge the following rates for their service:

  • Helbiz: €1 to unlock the e-scooter and a per-minute rate that varies with the city you’re renting in.
  • VOI: an e-scooter unlocking rate and per-minute rate that varies with the city you’re renting in.

Select the e-scooter of your choice in the app to view its rates. More details on the service are available in the relevant page.

You can use the E-scooter service by downloading the Telepass App or the Telepass Pay X App.

Please take a look at the cities where the service is available here.

  • Access to the App;
  • select a Scooter on the map;
  • start the ride directly from the App by scanning the QR code you find on the handlebar or by manually inserting the 4 digits bar code;
  • travel whenever you like inside the area covered by the service;
  • end your ride directly from the App.
  • The charged amount for the ride will be available in the Transactions Archive on the App.
