You can end your ride only within the service area of coverage. Remember that scooters cannot be parked in areas that may obstruct traffic, pedestrians, and on private properties.
You can check the service area of coverage directly from the Telepass Pay or Telepass Pay X App, or by sending an email to the Helbiz customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The electric scooter rental service is managed by Helbiz. If you have problems using a scooter, you can write an email to the Helbiz customer service at email@example.com.
