Not a customer? Here's what you can do at Telepass Point TIM:
Become a customer by activating the Telepass Base offer with an ID document, tax code and IBAN.
Are you already a customer? Here's what you can do in Telepass Point TIM:
- Activate Road Assistance;
- Pick up the Telepass device ordered online or in the App (available only at [certain sales points])
- Request a second device (Twin);
- Request the device to travel in Europe;
- Change the license plate associated with the device (available only at certain sales points), learn how to do it also in the App or in the Reserved Area;
- Replace the old device with a new one (available only at certain sales points).
