What are Limited Traffic Zones
Limited Traffic Zones (ZTL) are urban areas where access is permitted only to specific categories of vehicles or to those who purchase a valid ZTL ticket.
Municipalities establish ZTLs to regulate traffic in city centers, reduce congestion and improve air quality. Each city sets specific rules, hours and access procedures.
What is the access ticket
The ZTL ticket is the permit that allows you to enter the restricted area.
If you do not fall into an authorized or exempt category, you must purchase the ticket before entering or within the timeframes specified by municipal regulations. Without a valid permit, entry may result in a fine.
Available services: enabled cities
Activate the service for available Limited Traffic Zones and manage payment directly in the app.
Area C Milano
Access the center of Milan and automatically pay the ticket for entry into Area C during the scheduled time slots. Once the service is activated, your license plate will be recognized by the city's control systems.
ZTL Palermo
Manage access to Palermo's ZTL digitally. Activate the service in the app and pay the ticket without purchasing it manually.

How the ZTL service works
Open the app
Go to the Vehicles section and select the license plate for which you want to activate the service.
Select the city
Access the Accesses and Passes section and select the available city.
Activate it and access in ZTL
Activate the option dedicated to the chosen city.
The license plate recognition will be active for access in enabled zones.
