You can activate up to a maximum of two ATM memberships for each Telepass Pay contract as long as they are associated with people in your household.
Once you complete the purchase on the App, your membership will be valid from the 1st day of the month following the request, if made by the 10th day of the current month, otherwise from the second following month.
For example, if you purchase your membership by August 10th, it will be active starting September 1st; if you purchase it between the 11th and the 31st of August, the membership will be active from October 1st.
By purchasing your annual membership with Telepass Pay, the payment will be deferred in 12 monthly installments at no additional cost.
Please note that the first installment will be charged to you at the end of the month your request is made, along with the charges related to the activation and shipment of your card.
Thus, only the amount of the first installment will be equal to €42,50. Subsequent installments of €27,50 will be charged starting from the month when the membership becomes active.
The ATM service allows Telepass Pay or Telepass Pay X customers to purchase an annual ATM subscription via the App and to receive directly at home an ATM card already validated and ready for use. In addition, you can defer the payment in 12 monthly installments, and save as compared to the standard rate of a monthly subscription.
The areas of coverage of the annual ATM subscription - both urban and extra-urban - that can be purchased with Telepass Pay are all those within the Metropolitan City of Milan and the Province of Monza and Brianza. Specifically, the areas of coverage are divided as follows:

The cost of the annual extra-urban ATM subscription, on the other hand, depends on the combination of the nine tariff areas of the STIBM zone. There is a total of 28 rates depending on the different combinations. Check the different rates of the standard annual subscription by clicking here.
If you have not received the card at your home address, after two delivery attempts you will receive a notification with an invitation to go directly to the Telepass Store in Milan in Via Larga 9 for pick up. Please note that you will need to show your ID.
If you want to return your ATM subscription during the year, you will need to visit an ATM point and hand in the card. ATM will take care of the deactivation of the card and contract termination, and will communicate to Telepass that it will stop charging the monthly fee.
