Can we do something?

The Environmental Ticket is mandatory every year from 1 June to 30 September. Payment must be made before entering the ZPS IT6040019 area, which surrounds the islands of Ponza and Palmarola, by boat.

The Municipality organises an annual information campaign to communicate the procedures and areas concerned.

The amount depends on:

  • Type of vessel (recreational or commercial)
  • Duration (daily, weekly, monthly or seasonal)
  • Period (high season: July-August | low season: June-September)

There are discounts of 15% for purchases of multiple days in the same week and for various types of season tickets.

Yes. Even those exempt from payment, such as residents, property owners or professional fishermen, must register their boats to allow for checks by the municipality.

Yes. You can purchase:

  • Daily tickets for several consecutive days, with a 15% discount (known as ‘few days tickets’)
  • Weekly, monthly or seasonal passes, differentiated for high and low season

Deletion from within the app

  • Open the Telepass Mare app and log in.
  • Select More ▶ Delete account.
  • Confirm the operation Delete account by clicking on ▶ Confirm.
  • A confirmation message will appear on the screen and a summary will be sent by email.

Deletion from outside the app

If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to use a different channel, you can send your request by email to ponza@telepassmare.com with the subject line ‘Request to cancel Telepass Mare account’. The following information must be provided:

  • First name and surname
  • Email address associated with the account
  • Registered phone number (if applicable)
  • Short statement: ‘I request the permanent deletion of my Telepass Mare account and all personal data associated with it.’

Results of the request

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
  • Data retained for legal obligations: any information required by tax or anti-money laundering regulations will be retained exclusively for the period required by law (Art. 5, para. 1, letter e) GDPR) and then permanently deleted.
  • Access to the App: after deletion, the account will no longer be usable; to use the services again, you will need to register with a new account.
