Car Wash

You can use the Car Wash service by downloading the Telepass App or the Telepass Pay X App.

If you are already a Telepass Family customer, activate Telepass Pay from here.

Car Wash service rates depend on your vehicle type (the size of your vehicle in particular affects rates).

Time slot is intended as the period of time within which the team in charge of washing plans to carry out the task. For the team to be able to clean your vehicle, you need to keep it parked for 50 minutes in the indicated location.

You can cancel the current reservation and set a new one at the correct address up to one hour before the selected time slot.

Please note that if you have moved away from the vehicle, geolocation will track the position of your smartphone, so make sure to manually enter the address where your vehicle is parked.

You do not need to be present during the wash, but should you choose the interior wash or passenger compartment sanitation service we will contact you to open the vehicle.

You can choose among the following wash types:

• Vehicle external wash, which includes cleaning of external bodywork, windows, and rims, as well as tire polishing.
• Vehicle interior wash, which includes vacuuming the interiors and the trunk, cleaning of mats, seats, dashboard, plastics, interior windows, and door stops.
• Sanitation service for all passenger compartment surfaces and cleansing of your car's air conditioning system.

You can cancel your reservation using the appropriate function in the App up to one hour before the selected time slot. In this case, you will not be charged any costs.

Based on the day you selected, the system will provide you with the time slots available for the service. The time slots can be blocked up to one hour before the washing time, subject to availability. Please note that if you want to block the time slot that best suits your needs, you can always book one day in advance.

• Open the App and select the “Get your car washed” service;
• once the car or motorcycle is parked, select or add the number plate of the vehicle for which you are requesting washing, making sure to specify the make, model, and color in addition to the plate;
• select the type of wash you would like;
• geolocate your position or manually enter the address where your car is parked;
• select the desired day and time slot;
• complete your reservation with one click;
• during the selected time slot, a car wash professional will take care of your vehicle using waterless products, even on the street;
• at the end of the set time slot, your vehicle will be sparkling clean and ready to go again!

Thanks to the partnership between Telepass and Wash Out, you can request concierge service for car and motorcycle wash with the App.

A car wash professional will take care of your vehicle while your car is parked in a lot, indoors (courtyards, garages), or in Street Parking areas. Washing is done entirely by hand and with waterless products (100% ecological with no waste on the ground).
