Theft or Loss

of a Device


The communication of theft or loss of the device can be carried out in 4 ways:

  • Online by accessing the reserved area
  • At a Blue Point, a Telepass SelfService 24H, or a delegated service center.

Non-payment

of the Toll


If the toll payment was not successful, in all or in part,a tickets is issued (Report of Non-payment). You can see the options available for non-payment of the toll on the Autostrade [motorways] site.

Transit

without Entry data


If the system was not able to detect the tollbooth of entry, you will receive at your home a communication and you can pay the trips not charged, without additional charges. Simply insert the contract code and the trip code that you find on the letter.
