The communication of theft or loss of the device can be carried out in 4 ways:

  • Online by accessing the reserved area
  • At a Punto Blu, at a 24-hour Telepass SelfService, or a delegated service center.

Failed Payment

of the Tolling


In case the toll payment is not successful, in whole or in part, a receipt is issued (Non-payment report). You can consult the options available for non-payment of tolls on the Autostrade website.

Transit

If the system has not been able to see the entrance gateway, you will receive a communication at home. Just enter the contract code and the travel code that you find on the letter.
