If you need to switch banks or simply change the IBAN you entered when you purchased the Telepass plan, you may do so at any time directly in your Reserved Area on the site or on the App. Here you can also find the information you need to visit a Punto Blu.

If you have activated your contract online, you can quickly change the IBAN associated with your contract by accessing the Reserved Area of the website or from the Telepass App.

If your new bank is among those that by agreement can activate the Telepass service via ATM or credit card, you can go to a Punto Blu and request to have the charge moved.
