Depending on the type of motorcycle, the Telepass device can be installed in one of the following ways:

  • In the glove compartment (if made of plastic) using the same mounting method as for cars, i.e., with the device positioned so that the side with the adhesive Velcro faces upward.
  • On the handlebars, using a special mount available from authorized dealers.
  • In the bag with a special pocket, to be secured to the fuel tank.
In all cases, the Telepass device must be mounted with the adhesive side facing forward to ensure proper operation.

If you have activated your contract online, you can quickly change the IBAN associated with your contract by accessing the Reserved Area of the website or from the Telepass App.

If your new bank is among those that by agreement can activate the Telepass service via ATM or credit card, you can go to a Punto Blu and request to have the charge moved.

You can change your license plates directly from the Telepass App or from the Reserved Area of the site or going to the Punto Blu closest to you.

To register and access your Reserved Area, you need an ID code, a sixteen character alphanumeric code that we create to protect the security of your data and that we will send you by email or regular mail after you sign the contract.

If you cannot find your ID Code, you can register on your own using the form.

To retrieve the return label, access your Reserved Area, then in the "Contract" section select the "old" device. Inside the "Title Detail" you will find copy of the pre-filled label, download it and print it in A4 format.
