Telepass: resolutions of the Board of Directors on the appointment of the new Ceo

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Telepass, riunitosi in data odierna, ha preso atto delle dimissioni dagli incarichi di CEO e DG presentate da Gabriele Benedetto e ha attribuito ad interim al Presidente Andrea Mangoni tutte le deleghe gestionali della società. Ciò al fine di individuare il miglior profilo professionale che guiderà l’azienda.

Nel corso del Board è stato espresso apprezzamento “per lo sviluppo di Telepass portato avanti negli scorsi anni e per il supporto dato da Gabriele Benedetto a garantire un ordinato passaggio di consegne”.

Al Ceo uscente sono stati formulati gli auguri del Board per il suo futuro professionale.

The Board of Directors of Telepass met today and took note of the resignation of Mr. Gabriele Benedetto from the positions of CEO and General Manager and temporarily awarded all the company's management powers to the Chairman, Andrea Mangoni. The above resolution was adopted to identify the best professional profile that will lead the company.

During the board meeting, appreciation was expressed “for the development of Telepass over the past years and for the support that Gabriele Benedetto ensured for an orderly handover”.

The outgoing CEO was wished the best for his professional future.
