Find out how order pickups work at participating service areas.

It's the new service that allows you to book and purchase, directly from your App, products available at points of sale affiliated with Telepass Pay.

You can change your order until the booking is confirmed. Once payment is finalized, the order can no longer be changed. Should you need to add products, you will have to place a new order.

  • If you are already a customer, log into the Telepass / Telepass Pay / Telepass Pay X App and select the Food & Drink service;
  • view the products offered and available at the Point of Sale;
  • lace your order, confirm and pay directly from the App;
  • as soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email and a confirmation notification. You will be able to pick up your order without queuing.

You will receive an email and a confirmation notification letting you know that your order is ready. You can then pick up your order at the Pick-up Point of the participating shop, without queuing!

You can skip the queue as you enter the shop, and follow the signs for the "Click&Good" Pick-up Point reserved for you. Once you reach the Pick-up Point, you will need to show your order code.

Yes, a minimum order of €2,50 is required to use the service.

The service is intended for Telepass and Telepass Pay customers and you can activate it directly from your App. If you are not a Telepass Pay customer yet, check out the reserved offers here.

Yes, the service is available at the Telepass Pay affiliated points of sale every day from 7:00 to 19:00.
