Every device that returns to new life is a concrete choice towards a more responsible production model. With the device reconditioning project, Telepass aims to transform sustainability into a daily action.

It all starts with a simple principle: don't waste value. Returned or replaced devices undergo a selection process. Only those that pass a thorough technical triage access the reconditioning phase.

Today, the "shell replacement" regeneration method is available: the original chip is maintained, but the device receives a new shell and a new identification code.

At the end of the process, the devices are repackaged with a label that certifies their reconditioned nature.
