Make your first request on the app!
You can collect the device at a Telepass Point if:

  • you’ve activated your Telepass plan from the app and have requested to collect it yourself,
  • you’re already a customer and have made a request in the app to replace your old device.

Please note that if you activate a plan in the app, we’ll send you the device at no additional cost.
