Telepass Pay X

With the "Promo bundle Family + Telepass Pay X 2025" from Telepass S.p.A., valid until 09.30.2026, customers who simultaneously hold (i) a Telepass Family Contract, and (ii) a "Telepass Pay X" Contract, associated with the Telepass Family Contract completed after 04.01.25 (inclusive) and until 09.30.2026, Telepass will grant a discount of € 0.74, VAT included, per month on the rental fee of the Telepass Family Device. The rental fee for the Telepass Family Device will, therefore, be € 3.16, VAT included, per month (equal to € 9.48, VAT included, per quarter) and together with the fee for the Telepass Pay X payment contract, totaling € 3.90 per month. In case of termination of the Telepass Family and/or the "Telepass Pay X" Contract, the customer will no longer receive the discount. For more information, consult the Regulations.

The prize promotion "6 months of free subscription with Telepass Pay X", valid from 04.01.25 to 09.30.2026, is dedicated to customers who complete the Telepass Family contract and the Telepass Pay X payment contract, who will be entitled to 6 months of free subscription for these contracts starting from the activation of the Telepass Pay X services (then, € 3.90 total per month). The free subscription does not include fees for additional services (e.g., Twin Option, Roadside Assistance). Subscribing to the "Telepass Pay X" offer requires opening a BNL "Nuovo Conto Corrente Apripista" account and a Mastercard prepaid card issued by BNL; for information and costs, visit bnl.it. At the end of the promotion, the total cost of the Telepass Pay X offer will be € 7.30 per month. The fee for services included in Telepass Pay X is € 7.30 per month, except during promotions.

• the Telepass Base fee (Family contract) is € 3.16 VAT included (instead of € 3.90 per month due to the "Promo bundle Family + Telepass Pay X 2025") for subscriptions until 09/30/2026;
• the fee for Telepass Pay X payment services is € 0.74 VAT included per month;
• the fee for the BNL current account and card is € 3.40 VAT included per month.

For more information, read the information sheets for individual Telepass products valid at the end of the promotion. It will be possible to waive the BNL account and card fee under the following conditions:

• until the age of 25;
• salary/pension deposit;
• spending with BNL card at least equal to € 200 (spending recorded in the month prior to the fee charge). The following expenses made with BNL debit cards do not contribute to the fee waiver: cash withdrawals at ATMs, phone top-ups and electronic top-ups, debits related to commissions and costs of the debit card (as per product contractual documentation), refunded transactions, donations, payments of administrative sanctions, transactions made for Money Transfer and Gambling Transaction (e.g., online games, gambling, online betting, and purchase and sale of cryptocurrencies, etc.).

The C-REaDY-TO BNL credit line is subject to BNL approval. The "Telepass Pay X" offer is subject to limitations and acceptance by Telepass and BNL.
