Once purchased, tickets will be sent directly to the email address you provided during the purchase. Please note that a PDF version of the tickets will also be available in the "archive" section on the App.

You can request an invoice for the Ships and Ferries service by contacting Moby directly. You can contact customer service via e-mail email@example.com or phone 02 76028132.
You can show the tickets you received via email directly from your smartphone. Also, remember that when boarding, along with the tickets, you must show a valid ID for all passengers, including minors.
