You can pay for blue parking lines in Lecce in various ways:

using parking meters (you can pay with coins or card);
purchasing scratch-and-park cards (from authorized retailers);
purchasing rechargeable electronic cards worth €25.00 (from authorized retailers);

Red zone (historic center): Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM-2:00 PM and 4:00 PM-9:00 PM;
Orange zone: Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM-2:00 PM and 4:00 PM-9:00 PM;
Blue zone: Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM-2:00 PM and 4:00 PM-9:00 PM;
Green zone: Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM-2:00 PM and 4:00 PM-9:00 PM;
Light blue zone: Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM-2:00 PM;
Yellow zone: Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM-2:00 PM and 4:00 PM-9:00 PM;
