Can we do something?

Payment is fully automated and deferred. Tolls and other service fees are consolidated and charged directly to your bank account or credit card every three months, with no additional transaction fees. You can always check your expenses in real time on the Telepass App.

With the Telepass Pay App you can easily pay for refueling:

  • if you are at a Q8 gas station: choose the amount to be paid directly on the App and enter the 6-digit code that the App has generated on the payment kiosk. Then choose the pump number and start refueling your car.
  • If you are at an API IP - Tamoil - Esso or Retitalia gas station: choose the amount to be paid and, once you have selected and unlocked the pump directly from your App, you can start refueling your car.

You can view your refueling operations both on the Telepass Pay App and in the Reserved Area.

You can pay the car stamp via App within one month from the day it expired.

For example, if your stamp expires in September 2021, you can pay from 1 to 31 October 2021.

You may also pay the stamp even if it has expired for over one month, with an increased amount according to law.
