How it works
How does the roadside assistance service work?
Telepass' roadside assistance service offers continuous support for your vehicle, guaranteeing timely intervention in the event of unforeseen circumstances on roads and motorways, both in Italy and Europe.
By activating Telepass roadside assistance, you have access to a service that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you find yourself in difficulty, you can immediately contact the emergency number 800 108 108 in Italy and roadside assistance in Europe at +39 02 26609135 if you are abroad.
The phone numbers are conveniently available in the Telepass app. When you callAP Solutions GMBH, you will need to provide your vehicle details and your personal Telepass code, which you can find in the app.
Roadside Assistance includes:
- a rescue vehicle for minor repairs (tire replacement, battery recharge, or refueling);
- if necessary, transportation to the nearest repair shop;
- a vehicle for difficult vehicle recovery, covered up to €150;
What does it cover

The service covers a wide range of situations, including:
- mechanical breakdown: on-site repairs for problems such as tire replacement, battery recharge, or refueling.
- accidents: assistance in the event of collisions, with possible towing of the vehicle to the nearest repair shop.
- fire: immediate support to secure the vehicle and transport to an authorized center.
In addition, if the vehicle requires repairs that take more than 8 hours, a replacement car can be provided for up to 3 days, extendable to 5 days in the event of public holidays or workshop closures.
Tow truck recovery
Recovery with tow truck: how does it work?
Telepass's tow truck recovery service intervenes when the vehicle cannot be repaired on site.
Transport to the nearest workshop can be requested via the Telepass app or by calling the emergency number 800 108 108 in Italy and roadside assistance in Europe at +39 02 26609135, if you find yourself abroad.
If the vehicle is off the roadway or in a difficult-to-reach area, an appropriate vehicle will be sent. The service is free for transport up to 150 km; beyond this distance, there may be additional costs.
There are no limits to the number of annual interventions, but in case of frequent requests or situations outside the covered conditions, additional costs may be applied. If necessary, the user will be informed in advance.
