Can we do something?

You can accumulate €100 in spending by using:

  • Telepass Family Services
    (e.g. motorway tolls, blue parking zones, multi-storey car parks, restricted traffic zones, ferries, etc.)
  • Mobility Services via the Telepass App
    (e.g. fuel, electric charging, road tax, PagoPA and all other mobility services)

Please note that amounts owed to Telepass for the purchase of E-Vignettes via the Telepass App do not count towards the €100 threshold.

Joining the Telepass TiPremia programme is very simple! All you need to do is:

  • Open the Telepass App
  • Go to the “Summary” section
  • Tap the “Join” button in the relevant section
  • Start accumulating charges by using the Telepass services included in your contract.

Valid charges will only start to be counted once you have tapped “Join”.

To continue accumulating new spending, you must redeem the €10 cashback.

Specifically:

  • until you redeem the €10 reward,, the spending counter will not restart for the accumulation required to qualify for the next reward;
  • amounts exceeding €100 spent before redeeming the reward will not count towards reaching the new €100 threshold;
  • once you have claimed the fourth €10 reward, any amounts spent will not be counted;

This process repeats up to a maximum of 4 times, for a total of 4 €10 rewards (i.e. €40 in total) during the promotion period.

When you reach €100 in spending on Telepass services, you can redeem the €10 reward directly from the Telepass App, using the “Redeem” button.

When

  • If you are a Telepass Family customer
    → you must sign up to Telepass’s “Mobility Services” contract, thereby becoming a Sempre Customer, and then redeem the reward via the “Redeem” button.
  • If you signed up for the Telepass Sempre Package during the promotion period
    → you can redeem the reward via the “Redeem” button.

The €10 will be credited automatically in the following cases:

  • Family Services Only
    → the €10 is credited to the bank account linked to your Telepass Family contract (cashback).
  • Mobility Services only
    → the €10 is deducted from the amount due for the use of Mobility Services, before the relevant debit is made from your bank account.
  • Mixed expenditure (Family + Mobility)
    → the €10 is first deducted from the Mobility Services and, if the amount for the Mobility Services is less than €10, the remaining amount is credited to your bank account.

Please note that the cashback is credited by the 10th day of the month following the request.

Possono partecipare al programma Telepass TiPremia:

  • Tutti i clienti Telepass Base (contratto Family). Tali clienti, per riscattare il premio, dovranno poi aderire al contratto servizi di Mobilità di Telepass entro il 31.07.2026 (assieme al contratto Telepass Base, il “Pacchetto Telepass Sempre”).
  • Tutti i nuovi clienti che sottoscrivono il pacchetto Telepass Sempre (composto dal contratto Telepass Base e dal contratto Servizi di Mobilità) entro il 31.07.2026

Si precisa che, che sono esclusi dal programma tutti coloro che hanno sottoscritto il pacchetto Telepass Sempre prima del 01.04.2026.
