CAR LIABILITY INSURANCE
The Driver Injury guarantee compensates for injuries resulting in death or permanent disability, occurring as a consequence of the insured vehicle's circulation and while the Driver is on board the vehicle. The insurance also covers injuries: occurring during a stop, during operations necessary to allow the vehicle to resume driving, resulting from inexperience or negligence, or suffered in a state of illness, dizziness, or unconsciousness.
The guarantee provides two levels of coverage with different compensation limits per claim:
(!) Important If the driver, at the time of the accident, is using mandatory safety devices, the Deductible will be reduced to 3% and the portion exceeding 3% of permanent disability will be paid in any case. If mandatory safety devices are not used, only the portion exceeding 5% of permanent disability will be paid and the maximum compensable amount will be 50% of the entire insured sum. In case of permanent disability assessed above 30% and only if mandatory safety devices were used, no deductible will be applied. If the percentage of assessed disability exceeds 70%, the entire insured sum will be paid if the Driver was using mandatory safety devices at the time of the accident. If they were not being used, the compensable amount will be 70% of the insured sum.
