By choosing the Waiver of recourse option, the Company waives its right to recourse in case of: driving under the influence of alcohol, but only for the first accident of the insured year, when the alcohol level detected in the driver of the insured vehicle does not exceed the legal limit, increased by 0.3 gr/l.
