CAR LIABILITY INSURANCE
By choosing the Protected Bonus option, the Company cancels the malus evolution of the Internal Class* (CI) (see below for details) resulting from the payment of the first claim occurring during the contract validity period, with principal or joint liability of the owner. Therefore, in case of an accident with principal or joint fault, the Internal Class remains unchanged, while the Universal Class (CU) is still updated and reported on the Risk Certificate according to the penalties provided by current regulations. At renewal, the policy may still be subject to price variations not attributable to the company's Internal Class.
