Your tickets are sent to the email account you enter when buying a ticket. You will also find a pdf of your ticket in the app, in the booking details section.

Can I choose my coach seat?
You can choose an available coach seat when buying your ticket by tapping “Vuoi selezionare i posti?”. There is an extra fee for seat selection. If you don’t select a seat while booking, you’ll be assigned a seat automatically.
