The Telepass Base , i.e. Telepass Family contract, is the basic Telepass plan included in all the packages offered online. To activate the Telepass plan, simply register on the site and have a bank account even with a foreign IBAN from one of the 28 member states of the European Union, as well as Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the Principality of Monaco, the State of San Marino, the Principality of Andorra and Vatican State.
