The Personal accident cover protects the driver of the insured vehicle in the event of an accident, where the accident leads to death or permanent disability of the insured person.
There are three types of cover, with the following compensation limits:
There is a 3% deductible for permanent disability. If the driver fails to use the mandatory safety equipment or the vehicle does not comply with inspection regulations, the deductible is increased to 5% and the maximum compensation amount is limited to 50% of the total insured amount. No deductible is applied if the permanent disability is established to be above 30% and only if the mandatory safety equipment was correctly used.

Fill in the accident statement form (CAI/blue form); the form must be signed by you and the other driver involved in the accident.
