Il prodotto «Collisione in Autostrada» di Generali Italia S.p.A. è rivolto ai clienti Telepass Base (contratto Family), Easy e Plus che vogliono assicurare i veicoli (autovetture e/o autocarri di peso fino a 3,5t) associati al dispositivo Telepass dai rischi da collisione contro altri veicoli identificati durante la percorrenza sulla rete autostradale percorse utilizzando il sistema di pedaggio Telepass dall’entrata all’uscita del casello. Il prodotto è soggetto a limitazioni, franchigie ed esclusioni.
La copertura è valida sulla rete autostradale italiana in cui sia operativo il sistema di telepedaggio Telepass, ad eccezione: i) delle tratte autostradali a Sistema Aperto (es. Roma-Civitavecchia, Milano Laghi, Tangenziali, etc.); ii) dei Trafori (es. Monte Bianco, Gran San Bernardo e Frejus); iii) delle tratte autostradali con sistema di pedaggio “Free Flow”, ossia, con rilevazione dei transiti dei veicoli, all’ingresso e all’uscita della tratta autostradale, attraverso appositi portali senza necessità di passare attraverso barriere/piste dedicate (es. Autostrada Pedemontana Lombarda); iv) delle tratte autostradali gestite da Consorzio Autostrade Siciliane.
Mobility Protection is an optional collective insurance policy with Telepass S.p.a. as the policyholder. It is designed for individuals who hold a Telepass contract and their family members. The policy covers the insured in case of death or severe permanent disability resulting from accidents occurring during: - highway transits exclusively accessed through Telepass gates, with tolls paid via Telepass; - taxi rides exclusively booked and purchased through the Telepass mobile App; - use of scooters, electric scooters or bicycles exclusively booked and/or rented through the Telepass mobile App ("Shared mobility"); - train journeys purchased exclusively through the Telepass mobile App; - ferry journeys purchased exclusively with access through Telepass gates using a Telepass Device (Strait of Messina) or ship and ferry journeys purchased exclusively through the Telepass mobile App.
