How can we help?

The Accidents in Mobility policy is the new insurance product offered by Telepass in partnership with the partner insurance companies to protect you from the moment you leave home until your return.

To benefit from the roadside assistance services you need to call the Service Center at 800.108.108 (or 02-26.60.91.35) and advise:

  • your personal data;
  • a phone number where you can be reached;
  • the card code that you find on your Telepass App or on the website Customer Secured Area;
  • the vehicle make, model and number plate linked to the Telepass device for which the roadside assistance has been activated (the number plate needs to correspond to one of the two number plates associated with the Telepass contract);
  • the type of service requested.

The Service Center, once the customer has been identified and the service validity verified, will communicate an authorization code (Dossier Number) that you will refer to in order to use the requested service. Keep in mind that without the Dossier Number it's not possible to use the free mechanical assistance.

The Car Insurance service offers to the Telepass Family and Business customers the possibility to purchase, through the Telepass App, Car Insurance policies and attached warranties issued in partnership with insurance companies.

In the specific, after approval of the insurance company, you can add to your policy the following attached warranties:

  • driver injury;
  • theft and fire;
  • legal protecton;
  • glass & windshield protection;
  • car windows;
  • Kasko collision;
  • claim protection;
  • bonus protection.

L’offerta Telepass “Pacchetto Plus” è soggetta ad accettazione e limitazioni da parte di Telepass. La promozione “Aspettando San Valentino, viaggia con Telepass” valida dal 02.02.2023 al 09.02.2023, è dedicata ai clienti Telepass “Pacchetto Plus” e Telepass Pay X con attivo il servizio memo che avranno diritto a un cashback pari al 10% dell'importo di un biglietto ferroviario Alta Velocità o un biglietto pullman o un biglietto navi e traghetti acquistato tramite APP. Il cashback è riconosciuto sull’importo totale dovuto dal cliente alla società erogatrice del biglietto ferroviario o del pullman o navi e traghetti convenzionata con Telepass, al netto di eventuali sconti, promozioni o offerte speciali accordati dalla stessa all’atto della vendita dei biglietti.
