Find out how order pickups work at participating service areas.

Yes, the service is available at the points of sale every day from 7:00 to 19:00.

You can change your order until the booking is confirmed. Once payment is finalized, the order can no longer be changed. Should you need to add products, you will have to place a new order.

  • Log into the Telepass Pay App and select the Food & Drink service;
  • view the products offered and available at the Point of Sale;
  • lace your order, confirm and pay directly from the App;
  • as soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email and a confirmation notification. You will be able to pick up your order without queuing.

It's the new service that allows you to book and purchase, directly from the Telepass Pay App, products available at points of sale affiliated with Telepass Pay.
