Travel and Ski insurances.

The cost related to the Travel or Ski policies will be debited after the signing of the insurance contract at the time the first Telepass service debit is charged and on the same account linked to your Telepass contract.

You can withdraw from your Ski or Travel Insurance at any time without penalties and with no need to give a reason within the first 14 days following the contract subscription.

Although, in the case of the Travel and Baggage Insurance or for the short term insurance policies that last less than a month, the right of withdrawal is not applicable.

The right of withdrawal remains governed by the conditions set by the insurance companies, therefore please refer to the provisions on your policy.

To all the customers who have already subscribed to a Family Telepass contract or Telepass Viacard, with the possibility to activate on each Telepass device linked to the contract one or more Instant Insurance services.

With the Ski Insurance you can purchase one or more policies as long as you have at least one Telepass device active on your Telepass Business contract.

With the Travel Insurance you can purchase one or more policies as long as you have at least one Telepass device active on your Telepass Business contract.

You can request the withdrawal by filling in the form.
The Telepass contract holder can decide to insurance not only himself but also his relatives or business associates.

You can activate the Ski Insurance service directly on the Telepass App under the Insurances dedicated section.

Once the policy has been purchased, you will receive an email with the Membership Certificate which you can always view also on the App and/or on the website.

The policy cost will be debited directly to your acccount linked to the Telepass contract.

Una volta acquistata la polizza riceverai per email il Certificato di Adesione che troverai sempre disponibile anche in App e/o sul sito.

Il costo della polizza ti verrà addebitato direttamente sul conto corrente legato al tuo contratto Telepass.

No, attualmente non è possibile. Solo i clienti Dispositivo con Viacard possono attivare le assicurazioni presenti in app e sul sito.
