How can I prove payment for parking with the Telepass Pay App?

Make sure to always display the Telepass Pay coupon on the windshield of your car. Failure to display it in those Municipalities that require it could result in a penalty.

How can I activate the Street Parking service if I am a Telepass Business customer?

How can I verify the cost of my stop?

The cost and times of the stop are defined by the municipality of belonging and the related information is written on the vertival signage in the street parking area.

The Telepass Pay App allows you to always preview the parking cost before you stop. Instead, in the website Reserved Area you can view all the movements you made.

How can the parking assistans verify that a regular payment has been made?

The parking assistants are equipped with a PDA on which they digit the parked number plate and verify the actual paid time.

How does the Street Parking service work?

Select the Street Parking service on the Telepass Pay App;
use the geolocation to find your postion, or select the area using the area code from the vertical signage or insert the address manually;
select or insert the parked number plate;
type in the duration of your stop;
10 minutes before the duration of your stop expires, an alert will consent you to either prolongue or end your stop and to pay only for the actual time used;
the amount of the stop will be directly debited to the payment account.
