If you travel in Europe, you can use the European Device to skip the line at toll booths and you can purchase electronic vignettes in the app to travel worry-free.

Quick car assistance and towing
Has your car ever broken down without warning and refused to start? Here’s what’s always available with Roadside Assistance in Italy and Europe:
- a rescue vehicle for minor repairs (changing tyres, charging your car battery, or providing fuel),
- transport to the nearest garage if necessary,
- 10% discount on labour costs with Allianz Global Assistance at affiliated garages in Italy,
- vehicle recovery, covered up to €150,
- a driver to bring your car home anywhere in Italy if repair takes longer than 36 hours. The ride is covered up to €200. You’ll only have to pay for for fuel and tolls, if any.

Additional services to ensure smooth travel
It’s not always easy to get your vehicle repaired on the same day. This is why the Allianz Global Assistance Operations Centre gives you the following options to choose from:
- overnight stay in a 3-star hotel for you and your fellow passengers for up to 2 nights (€150 per night per person), with a maximum limit of €500 in Italy or Europe,
- a replacement car in Italy for 3 days (5 if your car breaks down on public holidays or if the garage is closed),
- a taxi in Italy or Europe to go to the nearest hotel, railway station, bus stop, or airport. Each authorised ride is covered up to €80.
You can also always visit the garage using the vehicle provided.
