At Telepass Point you can do the following if you’re a Viacard customer:
- request a second device (Twin) to also travel in France, Spain, and Portugal,
- request a device to link to your Viacard,
- activate the Area C, Affiliated Car Parks, and Strait of Messina Ferries services,
- get a new Viacard if your old one is damaged or demagnetised,
- pick up a device you ordered online,
- replace your device with a new one, including the one to travel in France, Spain, and Portugal,
