Telepass Pay

Everything you need to know

The Telepass Pay package, i.e. Telepass Pay package Plus contract, combines the Telepass subscription (€1.26 per month) with Telepass Pay mobility services (€1.24 per month). In this section you will find all the information on how to activate and deactivate services, how to set and change the monthly spending limit, how to terminate the contract and on the difference between Telepass Pay and Telepass Pay Zero.

You can make the switch on your own through the special feature available in your Reserved Area.

You can make the switch on your own through your Telepass Pay App by clicking on one of the disabled services or from the special function available in your Reserved Area.

The Telepass Pay Zero offer allows you to use the Street Parking service through the Telepass Pay App and does not include any additional fee as compared to the one associated to Telepass Family.

Telepass Pay is a payment circuit linked to your mobility that allows you to benefit of many services integrated on one single App. Discover more here.

At the end of the process, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided during the registration phase.

The change to the ceiling is effective immediately.

You can change your monthly spending limits directly from the Telepass Pay App or from the Reserved Area of the site. You can choose between different limit options: from a minimum of €500 up to a maximum of €1,500 that you can spend on your mobility services.

At the end of the process, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided during the registration phase.

The activation/deactivation of the service is effective immediately.

You can activate or deactivate Telepass Pay services directly from your Telepass Pay App or from your Reserved Area.

You can withdraw from Telepass Pay at any time without penalty and without closing costs simply by deactivating the account from your Reserved Area. After you log in to the Reserved Area, follow this path: Contract - Telepass Pay - Deactivate account.

You can take advantage of the services offered by Telepass Pay by joining the Telepass Pay X offer through the Telepass Pay X App.

Net of existing promotions, if you have signed up to the Telepass Family and Telepass Pay Plus services the monthly charge is 1.24 euros (VAT included) in addition of the Telepass Family fee (1.26 euros VAT included). The Telepass Pay Plus monthly fee will increse to 1.50 euros in case the Family contract is cancelled.

You can use the Telepass Pay services through the Telepass Pay App or with your Telepass device (limited to the Fuel service).

The charges for the Telepass Pay services will be debited the last day of the month. If the month coincides with the one of the Telepass services you will be debited one time only.
