In accordance with the law, Verti insures civil liability risks for which insurance is mandatory. Our policy is set in the tariff form based on universal classes CU. For more details, please refer to the Information Set.

With the Driver's Injuries warranty, Verti protects you from more serious consequences even when you are at fault, or in case of negligence or illness (both while driving and when the car is stopped). This warranty covers accidents that result in death or permanent disability and occurring to anyone driving the insured vehicle. For more details, please refer to the Information Set.

The Basic Judicial Protection guarantees legal protection to the authorized driver for the defense of their interests, as well as to the passengers, to the owner, and to the lessee (for leasing contracts) with a ceiling of €7,000. The Deluxe version extends coverage to contractual disputes regarding the insured vehicle and assistance in the release from seizure of the insured vehicle and entails a ceiling of €15,000. The Glass and Windshield warranty covers the costs incurred to repair or replace the windows of the insured vehicle (windshield, rear window, and side windows). For more details, please refer to the Information Set.

The Natural Events warranty covers damage caused to your car by inundation, floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, storm surges, mudslides, landslides, avalanches, snowfall, ice and hail. In case of an accident, the Natural Events warranty is valid only if attached to a maturing policy or in case of a vehicle insured for the first time after purchase. For more details, please refer to the Information Set.

The Theft warranty covers material and direct damage suffered by the insured vehicle as a result of theft (consumed or attempted) and robbery. The Fire warranty covers damage to the insured vehicle due to an accidental fire, lightning strike, blast or explosion of the supply system. For more details, please refer to the Information Set.

The Vandalism warranty covers damage caused to your car by popular riots, strikes, demonstrations, acts of sabotage, terrorism, and vandalism. In the event of an accident, the Vandalism warranty is valid only if attached to a maturing policy or in case of a vehicle insured for the first time after purchase. For more details, please refer to the Information Set.

The Collision warranty covers accidental collision damage, occurred while driving, with other motor vehicles and their identified trailers, even if parked. For more details, please refer to the Information Set.

The Kasko warranty covers material and direct damage suffered by the insured vehicle as a result of accidental collision, impact, off-road driving, and overturning that occurred during circulation. For more details, please refer to the Information Set.

The Super Protected warranty includes: Protected Bonus. It allows, only for the first accident with equal or main responsibility, to keep the merit class unchanged.

Waiver of compensation: If the driver is under the influence of alcohol and causes an accident, Verti waives the right of compensation. Valid only for the first accident and if the blood alcohol content detected is below 1.5 grams per liter. For more details, please refer to the Information Set.

In case of an accident

Remember to always fill out the Release of Liability Form in its entirety and give the last two sheets to the other driver.

Call 02 36617010 as soon as possible from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 20:00 and on Saturday between 8:00 and 14:00. In cases where the Direct Compensation procedure is applicable, you will be paid directly by Verti.

In case of emergency, if roadside assistance is included in your policy, you can call the number 02 36617099 available 24 hours a day.

If you do not have a personal area, you can activate it at 02 36617100.

How can we help you?

Using your Telepass or Telepass Pay X App, you can easily calculate the estimate and proceed with the immediate purchase, by simply clicking on "Car Insurance" under the Insurances section.

Once you have purchased your policy, the Certificate and contractual documents will be sent to your email. You will also be able to view the same documents under the "Policies Archive" section on the App.

Access the Telepass App and select the Car Insurance section. If your vehicle (car, motorbike or van, under 35 q) number plate is already linked to your Telepass contract:

  • you will be able to select the number plate that you want to make an estimate for, select the driving style (skilled or free style);
  • check/enter the vehicle's owner date of birth and proceed with the estimate calcualtion.
Besides the Car Insurance, you will be able to add further attached warranties.

The Car Insurance estimate calculation is based on the best possible offer available thanks to the Telepass partnership with the insurance companies.

Once your estimate has been created, it will be sent to the email associated with your Telepass contract and it will be saved on the App under the specific 'estimates archive'.

The Car Insurance service offers to the Telepass Family and Business customers the possibility to purchase, through the Telepass App, Car Insurance policies and attached warranties issued in partnership with insurance companies.

In the specific, after approval of the insurance company, you can add to your policy the following attached warranties:

  • driver injury;
